A reputed GCC client is looking for a
Director – Accounting
to lead Accounting towers, finance transformation, digital adoption and operational excellence initiatives across global delivery frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale finance programs, driving solution design, testing & implementation
Manage transformation & transition of accounting/finance processes into shared services/CoEs
Drive operational excellence, risk management & continuous improvement initiatives
Identify automation opportunities, adopt emerging technologies & enhance process efficiency
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless transitions & compliance with global standards
What We're Looking For:
18+ years in BFSI (last 10 + years in Accounting programs, operational excellence & transitions) & 6+ years in leadership roles
Strong ERP implementation experience (finance & accounting domain)
Proven expertise in transformation & process re-engineering
Certification in Lean / Six Sigma (mandatory)
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management & communication skills
