As a Corporate Strategy Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our strategic plan in alignment with our vision to decarbonize economies and support cleaner technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with our vision.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to provide insights and recommendations based on market trends.
  • Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances, lead due diligence processes and negotiations for corporate development activities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization to drive growth, oversee the development of new products, services, and business models.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and build support for strategic initiatives, communicate strategic goals and progress to various stakeholders.
