At our organization, we seek a seasoned professional to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth in the Pune and Maharashtra markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in advertising, digital marketing, and media sales with a proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and drive business strategy aligned with our goals.
We require someone who can identify potential clients and sectors aligning with our portfolio and services, stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to securing new business and fostering long-term relationships.
The successful Business Development Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients in the advertising and digital marketing space, leveraging CRM tools like Apollo, Easyleads, Kaspr, and Sales Navigator to identify leads and right POCs (Marketing Heads, Brand Directors).
This involves conducting cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a robust pipeline, presenting tailored proposals with detailed service breakdowns to justify quotations, and following up consistently to nurture leads and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Spearheading client acquisition and revenue growth in the Pune and Maharashtra markets.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients in the advertising and digital marketing space.
- Leveraging CRM tools to identify leads and right POCs.
- Buidling and nurturing relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Directors, and other key decision-makers.
