**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **West Coast Membership Development Manager** to join our Campden Family Connect team.

This role is responsible for developing and executing a strategic membership sales and marketing plan, leveraging external networks and databases to identify potential members. The successful candidate will also work closely with existing members to foster strong relationships and drive retention.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current members to ensure retention.
  • Strengthen the Member prospect database and ensure constant rebuilding effort.
  • Aid in building and managing two major CFC conferences and smaller Roundtables.

**Salary Range:** $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on qualifications.
