Overview
The Senior Membership Growth Specialist - West Region will be responsible for driving membership sales through strategic outreach, networking, and cultivating member referrals.
About the Role
This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong background in outside sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in developing and executing a comprehensive membership growth strategy, leveraging their skills to drive revenue and expand our member base.
Main Responsibilities
- Membership Sales and Prospecting: Identify and pursue high-potential leads for membership, utilizing various channels such as mailers, referrals, and outreach efforts to create new opportunities.
- Conversion Planning: Develop and execute effective conversion plans to secure new members, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with current members to ensure retention and satisfaction, while also identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Database Management: Maintain and continuously update the member prospect database, ensuring accurate information and a robust pipeline of potential members.
- Event Management: Assist in planning and executing two major conferences and smaller roundtable events, promoting maximum participation and engagement among members.
- Marketing Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote conferences and membership events, driving attendance and participation.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in membership sales and growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and shared goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
