Membership Specialist

This role is responsible for promoting and selling club memberships to individuals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell membership plans to potential customers
  • Conduct tours of the club facilities to showcase amenities and services
  • Provide information about club services, membership options, and benefits
  • Assist members in selecting the right membership plan
  • Handle membership inquiries and resolve member-related issues
  • Maintain accurate membership records and databases
  • Track and analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement membership retention strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create membership marketing campaigns
