Key Responsibilities:- Membership Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to enhance membership value, increase retention, and expand the membership base in line with stakeholder goals.
- Membership Platform Identification: Research and recommend a suitable membership platform to leverage the Club's unique offerings and create a strong membership community.
- Member Engagement and Loyalty: Develop and execute initiatives to engage members, improve loyalty, and provide exceptional experiences that foster a deep connection with the Club.
- Trend Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor membership trends, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth to inform strategic decisions.
- Outreach and Communication: Foster relationships with members through regular communication, events, and networking opportunities, ensuring a strong sense of community and belonging.
- Benefits and Recognition: Design and implement a loyalty program that rewards members with exclusive benefits, recognizing their contributions and loyalty to the Club.
- Event Planning and Execution: Organize and execute events, programs, and activities that cater to member interests, promote engagement, and enhance the overall membership experience.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the membership budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective use of Club resources.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with other departments to align membership strategies with overall Club objectives and goals.
- Campaign Development: Utilize marketing collateral to create targeted campaigns that promote membership and drive engagement.
