Job Description

Reporting into the SAM Sales Manager

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for developing and winning new business opportunities with existing and target strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans to maximise revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals in client accounts.
  • Lead the strategic sales priorities and implementation for accounts.
  • Introduce new products and services to existing and target accounts.
  • Support strategic bids and contribute to the bid process.
  • Manage the retention of all business with named accounts.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of achieving annual sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience of working with large strategic organisations.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and a minimum of one other language.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering proposal presentations.
  • Knowledge of standard IT programmes, Salesforce, and proprietary software.
