Strategic Account Management

VDA Infosolutions seeks a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with key customers.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Evaluate customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service.
  • Analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage sales forecasts and sales performance reporting to ensure accurate data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Must have a degree, MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of dynamic market trends and latest technologies.
  • Familiarity with high-end RISC/Intel servers and storage products.
  • Knowledge of high-end product ranges from IBM, Cisco, HP, and EMC.
  • Understanding of VMware, Quest, Microsoft, and Symantec products.
  • Able to design solutions on various cross-platform environments.
  • Technology sales certification would be an added advantage.
