About the Role:

As a Business Growth Specialist at Expo Job Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research senior-level executives in various business sectors.
  • Present a compelling business proposition to qualified decision-makers, aiming to increase business.
  • Establish contact with key decision-makers and deliver a compliant business proposition.
  • Ensure effective communication throughout the business proposition and closing deals.
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system accurately.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of work experience, preferably from a BPO/KPO background.
  • Freshers with good English communication skills are also welcome.
  • Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience in cold calling and managing a client database.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • A sociable person with the ability to network and be self-motivated.
