About the Role:
As a Business Growth Specialist at Expo Job Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research senior-level executives in various business sectors.
- Present a compelling business proposition to qualified decision-makers, aiming to increase business.
- Establish contact with key decision-makers and deliver a compliant business proposition.
- Ensure effective communication throughout the business proposition and closing deals.
- Maintain and update the company's CRM system accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of work experience, preferably from a BPO/KPO background.
- Freshers with good English communication skills are also welcome.
- Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience in cold calling and managing a client database.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- A sociable person with the ability to network and be self-motivated.
