At New Horizon, we are seeking a talented Business Growth Specialist to drive our business expansion in the Edu Teach industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with company goals
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and revenue expansion
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
