**About the Role:**

We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our sales efforts in the West and South regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a portfolio of customers in the West and South regions, developing and executing customized sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹40-50 lakhs per annum (based on location and experience).
