Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients through online databases, social media, and lead generation tools.
  • Qualify inbound leads and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of potential prospects and engage with them via email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
