Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving business development and lead generation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and Generate Potential Leads: Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and generate potential leads.
    • Data Enrichment: Conduct data enrichment to gather detailed information about prospects.
    • Maintain Database: Maintain and update a database of potential clients.
  • Client Outreach:
    • Reach Out to Leads: Reach out to identified leads through email, phone, and social media.
    • Pitch Services: Introduce and pitch our digital services to potential clients.
    • Schedule Meetings: Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings with interested clients.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Develop Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
    • Understand Client Needs: Understand client needs and customize pitches to address their specific requirements.
    • Provide Excellent Service: Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the client engagement process.
  • Sales Pitching:
    • Prepare Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
    • Showcase Knowledge: Showcase in-depth knowledge of our digital services and their benefits.
    • Closing Deals: Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track Sales Activities: Track and report on sales activities and results.
    • Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
    • Provide Feedback: Provide regular feedback to the management team on lead quality and conversion rates.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • LinkedIn Proficiency: Proficiency in using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation.
  • Data Enrichment Skills: Strong data enrichment skills to gather detailed prospect information.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to pitch digital services effectively and close deals.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills to track and report on sales performance.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
