  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of radiologists, technicians, and support staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Patient Care and Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of patient care and service delivery. Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a senior leadership position within the radiology industry.
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and expertise in the radiology field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
