Job Title

We are seeking a results-driven Bancassurance Manager to lead our virtual channel sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through tailored financial solutions and exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients remotely.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth in banking and financial products.
  • Conduct regular reviews and check-ins with clients to monitor their financial health and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from any recognized institution.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in BFSI sales, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
