
Sales and Channel Growth Expert

A Team Leader is required to oversee the growth of our database of channel partners. This role involves ensuring sales through channels, managing team members, and fostering relationships with existing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand the database of channel partners by increasing its scope and depth
- Ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at all active projects
- Manage team members to achieve targets set for sales through channels and networks
- Maintain the quality of channel partners bearing in mind the brand repute and standing in the market
- Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners
Requirements:
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader
- Experience in Mumbai western suburbs is an added advantage
- Must have worked on dealer management, distributor management
The preferred candidate profile includes MBA/ PGDBM, minimum 10 years of work experience in real estate with 3 years as TL, experience in Mumbai western suburbs is mandatory, good communication skills, and experience in handling team of personnels in channel sales for atleast 3 years.
