About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned professional to serve as Senior Account Growth Specialist. This key role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth within our channel ecosystem across the PAN India Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies through our channel partners, measured by revenue and demand generation.
- Manage direct key accounts within assigned regions, ensuring growth and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our channel ecosystem and increase our market share.
- Assess and enhance partner capabilities, coverage, and compensation models across all verticals.
- Work with sales leaders to develop strategic account plans and achieve financial targets.
- Develop tier-based channel ecosystems for improved partner engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage OEM and channel business processes.
- Ensure optimal distribution and channel inventory levels are maintained.
