Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.

  • The ideal candidate will qualify leads and identify potential customers needs by conducting thorough research and understanding their business requirements.
  • They will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
  • Providing product information, pricing, and quotes to customers and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have is also a key responsibility.
  • The Sales Growth Expert will follow up on leads and sales inquiries to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and potential challenges is crucial.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively are essential.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach are necessary.
  • The Sales Growth Expert must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively is important.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment are required.
