As a Market Expansion Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in assigned markets while ensuring the expansion of distribution coverage.
The role involves maintaining discipline amongst team members for attendance and market visit compliance. You will also be required to visit markets to take firsthand feedback, train teams on better sales strategies, and ensure that partners are aware of ongoing schemes, current prices, and company policies.
Furthermore, you will monitor and ensure timely deliveries of stocks through distributors, and be responsible for team motivation and efficiency. Ensuring trade satisfaction and sound business relationships between different stakeholders is also a key aspect of this role.
