Job Description

Develop and execute a strategic plan to enhance Channel Partner engagement and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a long-term strategy for Thermo Fisher's Channel Partners
  • Implementing sustainable action plans to drive Channel Strategy and Workflow solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Substantial experience in Channel Management and driving initiatives across divisions
  • Proven experience in sales of life science research/scientific products in relevant market sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and work within a matrix organization
  • Min 10+ years' experience with 10+ years as people manager and leadership roles
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Master's in business administration (preferable)
