Job Details

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive channel growth and revenue.

  • Owning the channel map for the territory to meet objectives through channels owning targets for assigned regions.
  • Identifying new partnerships, developing and managing existing strategic partner relationships for the organization.
  • Ensuring qualification, appointment, and onboarding of Channel Partners.
  • Developing and communicating a partner strategy for managing and developing selected partners.
  • Monitoring Channel and their target performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing, liaison, and maintaining close relationships with existing and prospective partners to establish long-term alignments and opportunities.
  • Formulating monthly business planning with partners.
  • Driving capability building plans with partners, including training channel partner resources.
  • Driving coverage programs, such as demand generation, customer-focused programs, industry forum participation, along with the marketing team.
  • Ensuring Channel Policy Adherence Process in the assigned territory.
  • Regularly suggesting and running offers and incentive schemes for partners.
  • Monitoring partner health for an allocated set of partners through regular reviews, timely claim submissions, etc.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience and 1+ years in channel partner handling.
  • Experience in industries related to 3D Printing Technology, Product Distribution, CNC machines, and education technology product distribution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at multiple levels of seniority.
  • Ability to cope with rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in complex business settings.
  • Effective time management skills to stay on top of tasks even in busy times.
  • Structured, proactive, and self-driven behavior within existing scope and beyond.
  • Hands-on approach with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
