Enterprise Business Manager - Growth Strategist

 

About the Role

This dynamic opportunity is focused on driving business growth through strategic planning, sales execution, and customer relationship building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT hardware, software, networking, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories through effective cold calling, networking, and other methods.
  • Develop sales projection plans, execute orders, ensure customer satisfaction, negotiate rates, and follow up until payment is received.
  • Manage existing clients by mapping and mining their requirements periodically to address delivery issues and secure additional business.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in soliciting business for direct sales with a pleasing personality and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinker with a very positive attitude and business acumen to conceptualize, design, and execute winning strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue/profit margin targets throughout one's career.
  • Experience in end-to-end sales cycles.
