
Enterprise Sales Manager

Key Deliverables:
1. Drive direct solution sales and client acquisition to achieve revenue targets across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SME segments.
2. Manage the full sales lifecycle from qualification to closure, including product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
3. Collaborate with internal teams for product positioning, requirement scoping, RFP handling, and CRM coordination.
4. Develop and execute business development strategies, leveraging market insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs and offering tailored solutions.
2. Own the sales funnel from SQL stage and ensure consistent pipeline development with support from inside sales.
3. Prepare presentations, ROI models, and proposals; handle contracts and ensure compliance with KPIs.
4. Act as a consultative sales expert with deep knowledge of telecom, SaaS, CRM, and digital product offerings.
