Job Title: Brand Ambassador Strategist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador Strategist to drive sales growth and market share for our commercial team.

  • Deploy and execute the go-to-market strategy to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of activations, asset maintenance, vendor selection & co-ordination for BTL activities for smart light hubs.
  • Understand customer needs, develop insights, segment existing customers, and recruit new customers.
  • Develop and execute market activation plans for new products.
  • Implement marketing activities and promotions to generate demand.
Responsibilities:
  1. Measure performance of customers, channels, and identify optimization opportunities.
  2. Support growth calls execution and market business review cycle.
  3. Develop metrics, track, report, and forecast marketing initiatives and activities.
  4. Enable and engage customers.
  5. Drive customer readiness and productivity.
Skill Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in channel sales and trade marketing in dealership-model based consumer product industry.
  • Experience managing channel partners, engaging with dealers, and managing schemes.
  • Strong communication skills.
