
Channel Development Manager

Grow your career as a seasoned professional responsible for defining and driving the channel ecosystem. This role involves delivering sales results through company's distribution network, measured by revenue and demand generation.
Scope of Responsibilities:- Manage key accounts within assigned regions to achieve growth and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to develop strategic account plans and establish financial targets.
- Develop a tier-based channel ecosystem for improved partner engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage OEM and channel business processes.
- Ensure optimum distribution levels are maintained.
- Graduate degree in Engineering or a related discipline is mandatory.
- MBA from a premier B-School is preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in distribution and channel management in a B2B environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) tools is preferred.
This position requires a strong cross-functional leader who can foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
