We are seeking a seasoned Channel Growth Strategist to join our organization in Mumbai, India.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in channel management with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth in the e-commerce sector.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders to optimize channel performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align channel initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on channel performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct training and support for channel partners to ensure effective product promotion and sales.

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in channel management or related field preferably within e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing partner relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
