Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute strategic plans to drive consumer growth across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align on growth objectives and develop cohesive strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform product development, marketing efforts, and growth initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in driving consumer growth through digital channels, excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
