Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

At the forefront of our organization's expansion strategy lies a pivotal role, that of the Business Growth Specialist. This position plays a crucial part in propelling the company forward by identifying and capturing new business opportunities within both the public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for teaming, pricing, and proposal development to ensure optimal success.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for growth and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements and optimize our competitive edge.
  • Evaluate and qualify RFIs and RFPs, driving the proposal process towards successful outcomes.
  • Design and implement effective content creation strategies, leveraging industry expertise to produce compelling and compliant proposals.
  • Maintain reference databases for technical, management, and past performance, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
  • Conduct thorough after-action reviews for all contracts, documenting lessons learned and informing adjustments to capture techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in capture-related activities for Federal or State procurements.
  • A solid track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including a deep understanding of cost and financials.
  • Familiarity with GSA and other Federal Schedules.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., English, Journalism, Communications).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
