About Senior Business Development and Client Servicing Role

We are seeking a senior professional to join our team as a business development and client servicing manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning client accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering success in corporate events and brand partnerships.

The role demands a strong sales leader who can:

  • Secure business deals with corporates and brands.
  • Independently manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
  • Take ownership of account revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects - from pitch to execution - across multiple event formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through corporate/brand event deals.
  • Client Acquisition: Target decision-makers in various sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.
  • Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Create winning presentations, proposals & budgets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, production, and operations teams.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end delivery — logistics, budgets, vendors, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or client servicing.
  • Strong corporate network.
  • Proven sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of event production and costing.
