About Senior Business Development and Client Servicing Role
We are seeking a senior professional to join our team as a business development and client servicing manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning client accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering success in corporate events and brand partnerships.
The role demands a strong sales leader who can:
- Secure business deals with corporates and brands.
- Independently manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
- Take ownership of account revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects - from pitch to execution - across multiple event formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through corporate/brand event deals.
- Client Acquisition: Target decision-makers in various sectors.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships ensuring repeat business.
- Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Create winning presentations, proposals & budgets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, production, and operations teams.
- Event Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end delivery — logistics, budgets, vendors, and post-event reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in business development or client servicing.
- Strong corporate network.
- Proven sales skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical knowledge of event production and costing.
