About Us:

Infra Granite LLP, part of the Fero Group, is a leading stone crushing unit based in Mannarkkad. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and dealers.
  • Identify market trends and potential clients in the construction and infrastructure sector.
  • Meet sales and revenue targets through effective business development activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in construction materials or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Preference for candidates from Malappuram, Palakkad, or Thrissur districts.

Compensation: Competitive salary + incentives based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
