About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business operations for our crusher unit located in Palakkad. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, an established network with builders and contractors, and a proven track record in driving business growth in the construction or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competition and market trends.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term business partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in local industry events and networking platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in construction materials, aggregates, or crusher units.
  • Graduate with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; Malayalam is an added advantage.
  • Strong existing network with builders and contractors in Palakkad District.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
