Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, client development, and business expansion. You will work closely with our delivery teams to understand client needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in new markets and industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to win new clients.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, account management, or a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
