Senior Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Senior Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with clients and driving B2B sales.

About the Role:
  • Conduct targeted outreach via calls, networking, and attending industry events to generate new leads.
  • Drive B2B sales by acquiring and managing business accounts.
  • Collaborate with the celebrity team to propose tailored celebrity solutions for clients.
  • Manage leads and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct engaging presentations and explain complex solutions.
  • Skilled in cold outreach, prospecting, and relationship management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
