Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our partnerships with educational institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with colleges, schools, and universities.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to strengthen institutional partnerships and support student recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and onboard institutions in line with company objectives.

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Organize and execute campus engagement programs, seminars, university visits, and info sessions.
  • Represent the organization during education fairs and institutional meetings.

Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with counseling, admissions, processing, and marketing teams to support partner engagement.
  • Share regular updates and feedback with relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain records of institutional activities, events, meeting reports, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in institutional partnerships, education consulting, or business development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
