Senior Manager – Higher Education Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to build and expand strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India.

This role demands strong relationship management skills, a proven track record in B2B/B2E sales (education sector), and the ability to drive revenue through long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Develop Strategic Partnerships: Research and shortlist potential higher education institutions that align with our training and certification programs.
  • Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: Foster deep, trust-based relationships with principals, directors, trustees, heads of departments, and training & placement officers.
  • Partnership Development: Design customized partnership models, including curriculum integration, joint certification programs, faculty development workshops, and student career fairs.
  • Negotiation & Agreement Finalization: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and draft and finalize Memoranda of Understanding.
  • Program Implementation & Coordination: Work closely with internal delivery, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs at partner campuses.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales, or academic alliances.
  • Strong network within the higher education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (required).
  • MBA/PGDM in marketing, business development, or related fields (preferred).
