Job Title: Senior Client Servicing Executive

Develop strong professional relationships with clients, guarantee seamless campaign execution, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.


This role involves acting as the primary point of contact between the business and clients, understanding client business objectives, and translating them into effective marketing/advertising strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear communication.
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into successful marketing/advertising plans.
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital/advertising innovations to provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
  • Must have hands-on agency sales/business development experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
