Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Consultant.

This role involves delivering projects for global customers across various industries, including Construction, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Renewable Energy, Metal, and Mining.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients and senior leaders to understand strategic choices and problem areas.
  • Work with a team of consultants and senior consultants to deliver projects on an end-to-end basis with limited supervision.
  • Analyze data, create business forecast models to predict future business trends, and develop high-quality reports aligned with client requirements.
  • Initiate, plan, and execute projects through constant tracking, predicting, and mitigating risks as a team lead.
  • Collaborate closely with subordinate teams and senior management at the client and within the organization.

As a trusted partner and subject matter expert, you will engage with clients, work with leadership teams and stakeholders to define project scope, execution plans, and key deliverables and timelines. You will also think creatively to create long-term perspectives and deliver high-quality reports.

Additionally, you will contribute to project feasibility assessments, effort estimations, and proposal development to support the sales and business development team.

Required Skills:

  • Strong client relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
  • Data mining skills using company filings, presentations, industry statistics, government documents, and macro-economic trend interpretation.
  • In-depth understanding of industrial sectors such as construction, energy, mining, and automotive, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in delivering industrial consulting projects.
