Job Overview
The role of a CRM Executive involves taking charge of customer relationship management systems, implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and supporting the business team in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- We manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and segmentation of customer information.
- Execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing objectives.
- Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn, providing actionable insights to the business team.

- Assist in automating CRM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase, Kwikengage).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and customer insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
