Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at RC PLASTO TANKS & PIPES PVT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and outreach efforts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Health Insurance, Leave Encashment, and Provident Fund benefits available.
