Salary & BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is ₹42 Lakhs - ₹60 Lakhs, based on industry standards and location.

Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Director for Compressor Sales, you will be responsible for driving partnership and business growth with Ingersoll Rand ITS customers.
You will manage direct sales and services offerings, as well as distribution branches of Ingersoll Rand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance and customer interactions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the compressor industry
- A strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Knowledge of the compressor market and industry trends
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA would be advantageous
