Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, as well as identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans, including product launches and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
  • Strong knowledge of compressors and related products, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs
What We Offer

Competitive salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience

Bonus structure: 10% of annual salary, paid quarterly

Stock options: Available after 6 months of employment, with a vesting period of 12 months
