The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Analyze market trends and develop detailed sales plans and objectives for the customer base in HM & PU + J&K regions.
- Identify new business development opportunities and conduct market mapping.
- Collaborate with project, spare parts, and service teams to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution.
**Qualifications:*
- Education: MBA and Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5-8 years in direct or dealer sales, preferably within the crushing and screening industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
The estimated salary for this position is **₹1400000 - ₹2000000 per annum**, depending on experience and qualifications.
