Justice Technology Strategist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Justice Technology Strategist to join our team at Jupitice Justice Technology Limited. As a key member of our client management vertical, you will play a pivotal role in positioning our justice technology solutions to meet the unique needs of government and large-scale institutional clients.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in client management, sales, or business development, particularly in the government or institutional sectors. You will oversee the full sales cycle, from understanding client requirements to delivering customized presentations and proposals that highlight the value and impact of our justice technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Client Leadership: Lead the client management vertical with a focus on sales and relationship-building, particularly with high-level government authorities, such as bureaucrats, ministers, and senior officials.
- Strategic Pitching: Develop an in-depth understanding of Jupitice's product offerings and deliver compelling, customized presentations to potential clients in the government and B2G sectors.
- Customized Content Creation: Design and create tailored presentations, proposals, email communications, and brochures that meet the specific requirements of each client, emphasizing our value proposition and product benefits.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the business development team to formulate and implement strategies that drive client acquisition, engagement, and long-term relationships in government and institutional sectors.
- Market Insights: Collect and analyze market trends and client data to provide actionable insights that will guide product development and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- An MBA or relevant certifications will be a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in client management, sales, or business development, with a focus on government or institutional clients.
- Presentation Skills: Proven ability to create and deliver customized presentations and proposals that resonate with high-level stakeholders, especially in the government sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key decision-makers.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
