We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to drive sales growth for FMCG (Food – preferably edible oil brands) within both General Trade and Modern Trade channels. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Regularly track sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of proven sales experience in the edible oil industry, with a strong track record in both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingsness to travel as required.

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
