Senior Sales Strategist for Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategist to join our team at Medtronic.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level sales position responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth in the medical devices market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the medical industry, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets
- Maintain relationships with key customers and partners to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 9-15 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the medical devices industry
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year
