About the Role
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum 9-15 years of experience in sales or business development in the medical devices industry
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding market share
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
