We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling primary and secondary sales of baler twine, ropes, and agri-nets. They will be responsible for achieving top-line and market share growth by driving customer conversions and dealer expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling primary and secondary sales of baler twine, ropes, and agri-nets
  • Achieving Primary and Secondary Sales Target
  • Responsible for achieving top line and market share growth
  • Drive Customer conversions and dealer expansion
  • Distribution improvement through channel partner/dealer expansion
  • Running various promotional schemes
  • Demand generation activities in the zone - merchandising, display hygiene, BTL activities, influencer management & canvasser management

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Worked in Industries related to Agriculture Product, Agriculture Machines, safety products, lifting equipment's
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Market Knowledge
  • Negotiation skills
  • MBA + Graduation
