Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field and a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social media to create interest in the company's products/services.
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand the prospect's needs and determine whether they fit the company's offerings well.
  • Use CRM tools to document and track lead interactions and progress.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and messaging.
  • Provide feedback to improve outreach campaigns and marketing collateral based on prospect interactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead and prospect activity in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML solutions or a strong interest in learning about emerging technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Instantly or similar).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with the company's industry or products.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
