Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field and a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social media to create interest in the company's products/services.
- Conduct initial conversations to understand the prospect's needs and determine whether they fit the company's offerings well.
- Use CRM tools to document and track lead interactions and progress.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and messaging.
- Provide feedback to improve outreach campaigns and marketing collateral based on prospect interactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead and prospect activity in the CRM system.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with AI/ML solutions or a strong interest in learning about emerging technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Instantly or similar).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with the company's industry or products.
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
