Job Title: Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Airtel. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and service growth in your assigned territory.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

- Drive sales and service growth in your assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- Min. Qualification: Graduate
- 1-5 years exp
- Age: upto 30 years
- Target Org: ISP/ SI (HP/Dell), FSEs from Telcos, Wireline, IT/ITeS, BFSI, any relationship based selling
Salary Information:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around ₹800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
